Troop Camping Guidelines

This form is to be used by registered members of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. for troop, service unit, program, training or day camp use.  Girl Scouts - Great Rivers Council's properties are for use by girls and their adult leaders, but may also be used by groups of currently registered adult members for the purpose of meetings, trainings, etc.

The responsible adult indicated on the form is agreeing to the following:

  • To follow procedures outlined in Safety-Wise, the Adult Resource Manual and the Handbook for Site Users
  • To ensure that any group registered to use camp under her/his responsibility is following these same procedures
  • Purchase additional insurance for any non-registered participants involved in troop or service unit function
  • To follow listed procedures for filing an accident report

Form must be completed in its entirety.  Failure to complete all sections of the form will result in your reservation not being processed.  Please review the troop camping guidelines above.  Items with a * are required.  Reservation forms submitted via online will be processed in the same order as faxes.  For a complete list of the registration processing order please refer to the Adult Resource Manual, or click here.
