To Support Individual Requests for Scouterships

INSTRUCTIONS:

If individual girls within a troop wish to apply for a scoutership for a troop activity the troop leader will:

  • Ensure that the scoutership philosophy and guidelines are followed (see Section D of the Adult Resource Guide).

  • Complete and submit this form to the Girl Scout Center.

  • Provide parents/guardians with the link to the Request for Scoutership online form, or with a paper form and a return envelope.

  • Parents/guardians will submit or mail the scoutership requests directly to the Girl Scout Center.

  • Parents/guardians are expected to contribute some portion of the activity cost.
